ETF Pulse is operated by TechSavvy Services LLC, 6 Crossroads Ct, Dayton, NJ 08810, USA ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using ETF Pulse you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ETF Pulse is an educational and research tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any offer to buy or sell any security. All content — including AI-generated summaries, portfolio analyses, and market commentary — is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

ETF Pulse offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Features available on each plan are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice posted to the app or your registered email.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from ETF Pulse.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the service's underlying infrastructure.
• Use the service to build a competing product.
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with other users' access.

All content, design, software, and AI-generated output on ETF Pulse is owned by or licensed to TechSavvy Services LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. ETF data is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective licenses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechSavvy Services LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — ETF Pulse, including any investment losses made in reliance on information from this platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

ETF Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of financial data. Market data may be delayed and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the account menu. Upon termination your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
